About Crush Combat
From one bad wrestling match to a regional fight house.
The story behind Crush Combat, told by the guy who usually tells everyone else's.
I know what it's like to walk around scared, unsure if you could protect yourself or trust anything else about who you were.
For me, that changed at fourteen, humiliated one last time in front of everyone during a playful wrestling match. Everyone was staring, and that moment lit a fire. I dedicated myself to martial arts to build not just skill but real confidence, and the mission became clear: build a community where no one would ever have to feel that way.
When I moved to Southeast Asia, I saw a passionate fight scene that lacked professional opportunities. I couldn't build something alone, so I partnered with the respected leaders of Vietnam's martial arts and grappling community. We shared the same vision: elevate local athletes and give them the platform they deserved.
How it started
Built ringside, not in a boardroom
From that partnership came events like Saigon Superfights. We handled everything from matchmaking to running the night, always focused on the fighters, building a professional stage for athletes to show their skills and grow the sport.
Everything we do is about a community where people feel confident and supported, never powerless or alone. Crush Combat is the next chapter of that mission, scaled across Southeast Asia with partners like BAM Media, Combat Matrix and Renzo Gracie Da Nang, and now told from behind the microphone.
