About Grace
Grace builds the operational backbone that lets ambitious organizations actually deliver: on budget, on time, at scale. She started out in accounting, then found her match in sports, where the history and culture she loves come alive.
She ran operations at Evolve MMA, Asia's largest martial arts academy, for nearly seven years; built the ONE Warrior Series from the ground up as ONE Championship's Director of Athlete Relations and Operations; produced for ONE and for Riot Games' esports in Asia-Pacific; and now manages athletes and talent for UPA Asia. She is always open to genuine conversations with peers, investors and leaders scaling their own organizations.
Building fight-event operations from zero, across borders
Few people in the region have stood up a fight series operation from nothing; Grace has.

The Showcase
Muay Thai × Kun Khmer International Showcase
In 2026 Vietnam finished first overall at both the World Kun Khmer Championships in Cambodia and the IFMA World Muay Thai Championships. Home to world champions in both arts, Vietnam is the natural neutral ground to bring them together: two great traditions on one card, each under its own name, under one neutral ruleset. Three nations. One ring.
